easier installation of python. so far i havnt been able to get collada and some other exporters to work on any of my 3 machines, because python didn't get installed correctly..

Proposed Solution: 

- integrate the python libraries into blender's installer
- make blender find the libraries and integrate much more accurately
- better/clearer documentation or instructions on how to instal python and blender correctly
